Three New Observation Units in Houston

Legend Healthcare is pleased to announce another Patient First Initiative with the completion of three more Observation Suites in the Houston, TX market. These units serve as an evaluation and treatment area within the building for the more acute patients.

These units have dramatically reduced the number of patients requiring transfers to hospital emergency rooms and as a result have improved the quality of care, reduced stress on the patient from long ER wait times and provided a host of other patient and health system benefits.
