heart of Copperfield only minutes from Katy and CyFair.
Newly opened in 2009, the center offers aggressive and fast paced rehabilitation programs focused on RESTORING
PATIENTS TO INDEPENDENCE. Utilizing their unique Transitional Care enables them to focus on individual,
tailored plans of care designed to meet the specific needs of each patient. This tailored approach allows each
patient the ability to achieve their highest level of functioning prior to returning home or their previous level of
care.
Offering a spacious new State of the Art Gym that provides rehabilitation via Advanced Engineered Technology
and Equipment ( exclusive to Legend Oaks Facilities), monitored by TruCare licensed Therapists with over 30 years
of combined experience in long term and rehabilitative care, making Legend Oaks the obvious choice for those
seeking short-term rehabilitation. Our rehabilitation team provides one on one therapy between 2.5 – 3 hours
daily, 5 to 6 days a week alongside nursing care.
