Legend Healthcare & Rehabilitation is nestled in the heart of North East Texas in historical Paris, Texas. We provide long-term and skilled nursing care with accommodations for 98 residents. Our facility specializes in skilled nursing and rehabilitative services. We have our own physical and occupational therapists on site with speech therapy available when needed. Our staff strives to meet the residents' individual, emotional, social and spiritual needs through life enriching activities.
This facility was purchased by Legend Healthcare in November of 2004, a proven leader in transitional, skilled, and long-term care. In 2006 Legend Healthcare & Rehabilitation - Paris was recognized by the community as being the best nursing home in Lamar County by receiving the Readers Choice Award.
In April, 2007 we opened a new transitional unit designed for short-term rehab patients. This unit is equipped with a separate entrance/exit, complete therapy gym, and dining room.
