Legend Oaks Rehabilitation and Healthcare - North Willowbrook was
built and opened April 2010 and offers 124 beds with 24 hour per day
and 7 days per week nursing staff.
In addition to a wide array of
clinical services such as Skilled Nursing Care, Medication
Administration, Wound Care Treatment, IV Therapy, Tracheostomy Care,
Activities of Daily Living (Bathing, Dressing, Toileting, Eating),
Restorative Nursing (passive range of motion and ambulation),
Psychological Services, Hospice and Respite Care, our Rehabilitation
Team consist of Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapist to
provide a continuity of care post hospitalization.
With that, we offer specialized rehab equipment you won't see in any other Skilled
Nursing and Rehab Facility (non Legend). We offer to you the Pneumex
equipment through the Revita Institute which is miles ahead of our
competition, by providing leading technology to our patients requiring
rehabilitation. Our patients benefit from this equipment by
offloading a patient to a safe level while continuing with ambulation

with kind, compassionate, and professional staff in a beautiful
environment that is warm and inviting.
We offer many Private rooms that include cable television and private bathrooms with showers. In
addition to the warm surroundings, we are located a few blocks away
from Methodist Hospital Willowbrook in case emergency services is
needed.
