Legend Healthcare & Rehabilitation–Kyle opened in January 2011 and is conveniently located in the
Plum Creek Community. We provide long-term and skilled care with accommodations for 126 residents.
Every room in the facility is equipped with flat-screen TV’s, cable, and private showers with a heating
element.
Not only do we offer the best in long-term care, we also offer a “transitional care unit” as well. This unit
is equipped with a separate entrance/exit, complete therapy gym, and has the most state-of-the- art
equipment available anywhere.

Performances from local High Schools, Wine & Cheese Parties, Arts & Crafts, Educational Programs,
Daily Exercises, Wii Games, Reminiscence Groups, Church & Bible Study Groups, Quilting Group, Bingo,
Evening activities, Van Drives, On-Site Beauty Shop, Paws Pet Visits, Fresh Flower Arranging Covered patios for relaxing and a menu specially designed by our Executive Chef/Culinary Director.
