Legend Oaks East Houston is a 125-bed skilled nursing and long-term care provider serving the North Channel and East Houston areas. Located near Beltway 8, we are within a short driving distance to Baytown, Pasadena and Humble. Newly opened in December 2005, Legend Oaks East Houston is a modern state of the art care center focusing on our patients from a clinical perspective as well as providing a well rounded approach to reaching their healthcare goals.

Whether a short-term skilled nursing stay or permanent residency, Legend Oaks East Houston's dedicated staff provides round the clock nursing care and supervision as well as support with the activities of daily living. The rehabilitation staff works with patients to reach their maximum rehabilitation potential before moving on to the next level of care. We offer a full time activity program that includes arts and crafts, cooking, pretty nails, a men's group, spiritual enrichment, resident council as well as scheduled outings each month. Our dietary department strives to make the dining experience both enjoyable and healthy by offering a main course and an alternate for each meal. Fresh fruit and a nutrition station are available to our patients 24 hours a day and once a month the residents have the "meal of the month" that they vote on and choose themselves.

Legend Oaks East Houston offers beautiful spacious rooms in either private or semi-private settings. Each room is equipped with cable connection and phone jacks that can be accessed through local providers at an additional charge. Our patients share a large fully furnished living area equipped with a big screen television and activity table for cards, dominos and puzzles. Onsite laundry service is available at no additional charge. Onsite beauty and barber services are also available at an additional charge.
